The progress of medical imaging and information technologies promise a new era in medical care, offering each patient a personalized, optimal health path. But the heterogeneous and distributed nature of health data is an obstacle to the adoption of new clinical solutions. The Connected Healthcare lab develops technological bricks that facilitate the sharing of distributed data, while ensuring its privacy and security, for better analysis and diagnosis.
It participates in the drafting of standards for the interoperability of systems for new forms of medical data. It is awaiting the results of research into semantic interoperability to define the structure and services of medical data warehouses such as the creation of new imaging biomarkers. The solutions offered by the laboratory incorporate clinical validation processes.
