The Mobile World Congress, an essential annual meeting for those who work in mobile telephony, attracted a record number of attendees yet again this year. Nearly 110,000 people from 208 countries and territories all over the world were present to learn about and discuss new mobile terminals, connectivity standards, testing equipment, and applications for the networks of the future. The MWC has grown from year to year, and is gradually becoming the “CES of mobility”.
