Bertrand Guilbaud, CEO of the Institute of Research and Technology (IRT) since 2012, is stepping down to focus on leading the creation of a spin-off, a publisher of 5G and beyond software solutions for private enterprise networks. As of today, Emmanuelle Garnaud-Gamache will take over as Interim CEO of b<>com.
