On July, 7, {dive} brought together more than 85 individuals from 15 different countries and 5 continents all gathered at b<>com Institute for Research & Technology in Rennes for an 18-hour, multisensory conference on innovation and user experience.
Providing a new and rich experience to the participants throughout the day, {dive} put the light on solutions designed for « augmented users » and human-centered innovations. Speakers and attendees were encouraged to explore outside their comfort zone and keep an open mind when discussing topics such as the future of work, future of play, artificial intelligence and calm technology. During the event, {dive} partner Centre Culinaire Contemporain invigorated everyone’s taste buds with delicious French cuisine served with a multitude of surprises. The insightful day closed at the UBU Club in Rennes, with a party featuring {dive} partner and innovative musical organization Les Transmusicales. The event was such a success that a great new community was born and the organizers are already looking ahead to begin preparing for the 2017 {dive} into innovation.
