Delphine Monier

• Career

After studying social psychology at the University of Rennes 2, she graduated in 2003 with a degree in psychology. She first worked in various professional training and orientation structures before joining the consultancy Quiblier Conseil in 2005. She became a vocational rehabilitation consultant, helping employees and executives advance their careers, then was promoted to project manager. In 2008, she specialized in assessment and recruitment, and served large and small businesses as a Human Resources consultant, particularly in the ICT sector.

In late 2012, she joined b<>com as a consultant, then as an employee managing Human Resources. With General Management, she set up the Institute's administrative HR structure, and handles all the recruitments.
