Philippe Devillard

After completing his military training as a combat officer and contact officer at the Saint Cyr Coëtquidan military academy, Philippe Devillard served for 15 years in the air surface defense units of the French Army. After graduating from the Enseignement Militaire Supérieur Scientifique et Technique (Scientific and Technical Higher Military Education), he pursued his career in the Information and Communication Systems operational function within the French Army. He alternated between staff assignments and overseas operations, where he was responsible for information systems, communications, and cybersecurity in the theater of operations.
In 2020, after over 32 years with the French Ministry of Defence, he joined Airbus' Defence & Space division and the Secure Communications business unit as project manager. In the summer of 2023, he took on a new role in charge of business development and strategic programs for Secure Communications in France.
