Cédric Quendo

With a PhD in electronics from the University of Brest (2001) and an MBA (2017), Cédric Quendo began his career in teaching and research at several institutes. He co-founded Elliptika, which specialises in the design of customised microwave devices for the space and defence sectors, then founded TecHyp, a platform dedicated to simulation and measurement tools for these devices. In 2010, he joined the electronics department at the University of Brest as a professor, where he also served as vice-president in charge of international relations from 2012 to 2016. In 2018, he took over as director of Lateral, a joint laboratory between Thales LAS and Lab-STICC, and is now vice-president of the University of Brest in charge of technology transfer. His research focuses on the modelling and design of microwave devices for millimetre wave applications.
