3rd IRT Forum: "The IRT are leading the way in French innovation"

France's eight Institutes of Research and Technology met for the third IRT Forum yesterday in Grenoble to address the subject "IRTs and the Challenges of Tomorrow." Hosted by the IRT Nanoelec, this third edition was attended by French government officials: Louis Schweitzer, commissioner of future investments, and Thierry Mandon, secretary-general of higher learning and research.
